OUR FLAGSHIP SHOWROOM
Our main showroom on Fairview Road, reimagined in 2025. Explore kitchen and bathroom ideas and discuss your wider home with the team.
WELCOME TO CHELTENHAM
Our Cheltenham showroom brings luxury kitchen and bathroom design into focus, from complete room schemes to individual materials. Following its £500,000 refurbishment and reopening in January 2025, it offers a setting for exploring the details that photographs cannot fully convey.
For visitors from our Cheltenham neighbourhoods, including Pittville, Charlton Kings, Leckhampton and Montpellier, this is our main showroom. If you are considering full-home interior design, mention that when requesting your consultation so the first conversation can cover the whole brief.
Use the Fairview Road address and GL52 2EJ postcode when planning your journey. Tell the team if you are hoping to see a particular product or finish, so we can confirm what is currently on display before you set off.

Let us know about any access requirements when arranging your visit. We can confirm parking and access arrangements before you travel.
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VISIT
Explore cabinet finishes, worktop combinations and appliances with a designer. Our kitchen design service explains how these choices become a scheme for your home. Bring an outline plan so that what you see can be related to your own room; for a nearby brief, explore kitchen design in Pittville or Leckhampton kitchen planning.
Compare tiles, brassware and the arrangement of a bath, shower or vanity. Read about our bathroom design service before visiting and bring a photograph of your existing room. Our completed bathroom and kitchen projects can help you identify the details you would like to discuss, with local briefs for bathroom design in Charlton Kings and Leckhampton bathroom design.
This customer-project photograph illustrates Obsidian’s design work. Contact the branch to check its current showroom displays.
A rough plan, dimensions and photographs help us understand the space. Include doors, windows and the features you want to retain.
Share your budget, hoped-for timings and the practical problems you want to solve. A few favourite images are useful; a finished design brief is not essential.
Discuss the design process, product choices and information needed next. Your enquiry is a request; the showroom team will confirm the appointment directly.
Find us at 41–47 Fairview Road, Cheltenham, GL52 2EJ. Use the directions link above to plan your route to this branch.
The published Saturday opening time is 9am–4pm. Book ahead if you would like dedicated time with a designer.
Booking ahead gives the team the opportunity to arrange time for your project. Use the consultation form and select Cheltenham as your preferred showroom. The team will confirm the date and time with you.
Please contact this branch before travelling with the name of the product or finish you want to see. Displays and samples change, and availability differs between Cheltenham and Bourton-on-the-Water.
