The transition from drawings to your finished room deserves the same attention as the design itself. It is an important part of planning your kitchen or bathroom with Obsidian.
Every property is different. Access, existing services and any building work affect how a project comes together. As part of our design process, we discuss installation arrangements and identify the work and responsibilities to be included in your proposal.
CONSIDERED FROM THE START
Know who is doing what.
Ask for clarity on removal, preparation, plumbing, electrical work, fitting and finishing when planning your new kitchen or bathroom. Where you have your own builder or appointed trades, agree who is coordinating the work and the information each person needs.

Prepare for the practicalities.
Discuss delivery access, a suitable place for materials, protection for other rooms and the likely disruption to daily life. Confirm product availability and the programme before arranging dependent work. Any changes should be documented and agreed. Keep the product care information for use once your room is complete.
