“We ordered our beautiful kitchen through Obsidian after gathering quotes from five suppliers. Obsidian were very competitive in price and were one of the only suppliers that would come to the house (without charging) before designing the kitchen. In my opinion, this was what swung it for us, as Karima’s design was by far the best. Understandable really, as she had taken the time to see the space as well as see what the views were like etc. She did not bombard us with requests for measurements of walls like some of the other companies who were trying to design it without bothering to come out. There was very little we changed as we loved her simplistic design which made the best of the views and space. Karima was pivotal in the whole project, always checking minor details and often coming out to the house to see what the progress was. Her attention to detail was exemplary. We felt very well supported through the process, she was always on hand for advice and suggestions and was very good at directing the tradespeople when on site. Would highly recommend.”
